Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
This website is operated by Econest. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “us” refer to Econest. Econest offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions stated here. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms of service apply to all users of the site. Please read these terms of service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. Econest products are available to clients within South Africa only.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3-5 working days and delivery confirmed by e-mail and invoice number. Courier Costs are added to the final invoice amount.
Courier costs can change without prior notice. To ensure the safety of our staff, no pickup/collection option will be available at this time.
RETURNS & BREAKAGES
Econest is an online retail store. It is our mission that all information on this website is as accurate and up to date as possible, and that all products promoted cause no harm to our customers or the environment. However, due to the possibility of human and technical error, Econest accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the website.
Neither do we accept responsibility for any adverse reactions that any of our products may cause. While we have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that the products promoted on this website are of the highest quality and safety, the recommendations on this site are not the advice of a medical practitioner.
We therefore advise the consultation of a medical practitioner if there is ever any doubt as to the use of the products. Do a patch test before use. Use at own Risk. Do not use if known allergies to a certain product. Due to our products being handmade, we do not accept refunds. We hope you value the beauty of handmade products. Handcrafted items may differ in shape and size.
We make every effort to pack our glassware and other containers securely, but in the unlikely case of a breakage during shipping the customer must contact Econest immediately, upon receiving the damaged items. Images documenting the breakages / damages indicating the date must be supplied for consideration. Econest will, on merit, replace the item.
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours. Refunds will only be done once the money reflects in the account within 3 to 5 days. Orders can be cancelled if they have not been shipped yet and customers will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, if the order has already been dispatched it is too late to cancel the order. All order cancellations must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The provision of products by Econest is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability or order error on our side, Econest will issue a refund in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5 % administration fee.
PAYMENTS & SECURITY:
Full payment for the entire order and shipping must reflect in our account before products will be shipped. We do not offer any payment plans, or budget purchasing offers. Payment options accepted: Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard or by bank transfer into the Econest bank account, the details of which will be available on the invoice. A proof of payment must be sent to email@example.com.
Card acquiring and security:
Card transactions will be acquired for Econest via Payfast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO Pay Gate uses the strictest form of encryption and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details: Customer details will be stored by Econest separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payfast secure site.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency: The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Econest takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of domicile:
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Econest chooses as its domicile citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Econest may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

ORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders must be placed and paid in full online. For any urgent orders, simply give us a call for assistance. If we are sending your order by courier, please note the delivery times are between 3 – 5 working days, please indicate if order is urgent. After placing and paying for your order, please check that you have received a confirmation of payment and order from us, please contact us as soon as possible if the confirmation has not been received.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Depending on the day and time of your order, will determine the processing time. We require 2 working days to safely pack your order and place in line for collection by our courier company. Orders will take 3 – 5 working days to be delivered. If your order is urgent, please contact us to arrange speed courier.
AM I ABLE TO PURCHASE FROM THE SHOWROOM?
We do not have facilities for a showroom available. We are an online store.
PAYMENTS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Payments can be made via credit card (we do not store any credit card information and is handled through the 3rd party encrypted connection), Direct payment (EFT). We endeavour to meet all our clients concerns within reason. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions section / document on the website. All our products are crafted by hand and quality checked before they are sent out.
We do hope you understand the implications of purchasing handmade products. They will differ in content colour and consistency no matter how much we strive to make them perfect.
